Abstract

Small and medium enterprises are the main business model in Taiwan. The factor that effect behaviors of employee and manager is the main purpose of this research. The feeling of ownership for department and company can be recognized differently between these two levels. One of the purposes is to see which aspect can affects performance. Psychology ownership, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment can represent different aspect of motivation to both employees and managers’ performance. And this study also needs to evaluate the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment between the relationship of psychological ownership and business performance. The findings indicated that psychological ownership has positive effect on organizational citizenship behaviour, organizational commitment and business performance. Also, the research points out that organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment serve as mediator between the relationship of psychological ownership and business performance.
